Not if you like clean and quiet

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
Loud cars, loud parties even on weeknights,most neighbors have no consideration of others. Maintenance doesn't get the work done right, must repeat call for same problem, although they are nice about coming out. Pool closed more than it is open, one excuse or another.
