I lived in Deerbrook for one year and got out as fast as I could. The management sucked and there was absolutely no room to store anything. If you do live there, don't waste your money on the three bedroom. For the money they want you to spend for that one room, you can rent a really nice house with a yard somewhere else. As far as noise, it was fairly quiet until someone came stomping down the stairs which were directly in front of my bedroom window. Beware of maintenance. They were all pretty nice, but they didn't fix anything. They then charged ME for whatever was wrong out of my deposit. And someone broke into my car one night. Don't waste your time or money. Find somewhere else to live!!
