1000SF OF UNUSABLE SPACE IN THE TWO BEDROOM APTS.
I moved in in June of 2000, the year they were built.
With in the first year the walls mildewed from building over a swamp.
Parking lot flooding is only a prob if you cannot swim.
As far as the noisy neighbors, and creaky floors, thats nothing that earplugs or simple stabbing yourself in the ear with a cleaver won't fix.
The apts are inexpensive and cheap.
Witnessed lots of tenants breaking the rules w/out consequence
