I have lived in Wilmington for about 5 years and I have found my "home". I have lived from campus to Carloina Beach to downtown, but Deerbrook beats all of them. The office staff was so helpful with getting me in as soon as possible. You are 5 minutes from downtown and there is a lot of different places to eat and shop that are close by but yet it is so quite here! Plus I could not beat the price. I was able to get a 2 bedroom and live by myslef! No more horrible roomates!
