I have had 2 leases here Never seen the mold or dirt others talked about always had prompted service from the staff Only reasion I moved is becouse I left Wilmington to go to Raleigh but have not found anything in Raleigh like Holton Place Its not a great place for familes or old people but as for the college scean its great. always a good party to go to on the weekends at someones house and if your single a great place to meet someone too does not matter if you are --- or staight someone for everone and the office girls Elly and Nelly are awsome freindly and hard working When I move back to Wilmington its Holton Place for me its the best college apartments in town the very modern and up to date the upstares all have volted ceiling and sky lights which take away form the apartment feal and give it a condo feal I cant want to move back I just loved it
