Mill Creek is a great place to live, especially if you're new to Wilmington. It's close to everything and the residents are very friendly. Nice layouts and amenities and they throw some cool pool parties. If you have a dog you can use the dog park- not the biggest but it works. Plus the staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Definitely the place to be.
