The office staff is more than helpful and very, very nice. Throughout the time I have lived here when I had a maintenance request it was taken care of promptly and any other concerns I had were addressed by the staff in a timely manner. Plenty of parking. The 2 bedroom is very spacious and not bad on pricing. Good location, close to UNCW and downtown. Would definitely recommend!
