If you're a professional, there are plenty of other places to rent. It is VERY noisy, they don't keep up the property, and trash is always on the stairwells, as well as thrown on the porches by tenants. My apartment was infested with silver fish, and from my understanding, it's very common. There's hardly ever any parking, and I had to constantly keep an eye on my car in fear that a drunk college kid would back into it (which I witness this happen to someone elses car). Oh, and the air conditioning units are a nightmare!
