The manager Cheryl is just odd and weird attitude. She would send out letters to residents that were unprofessional and usually had no basis. Overall she was just a busy body. If they had better office staff it would change the feel of the place. People are moving out constantly once lease is up or even before it is. Tarheel Cos just need to introduce a better and more qualified office staff that is more personable and wants to rent to you.
