These were my first apartments when I was in college. The location is great, although if you go to UNCW you can't drive b/c the campus is literally half a mile down the street. The apartments were ok as far as living space. The living rooms are very large compared to other places here. The rooms differ greatly in size in the two bedrooms. Trust me, you'll want the master bedroom. The buildings are kept up well enough. There are a lot of college kids here, and yes at times there are parties but nothing major. If you're looking here, try to get in the buildings away from the office (less sketchy people and kids). Parking is alright, but after dark it can get bad. You have walmart and restaurants within walking distance, and also a large shopping center right next to the complex (lowes, roses, sam's club, old navy, petco, etc.). Overall it was an OK place.

I lived here for four years. Decided to leave for several reasons. They kept going up on my rent the entire time I lived there. From the time I moved in until I moved out the landscape and appearance of the apartments went to hell in a hand basket. Dog poop all over the place. Also, if you lived on the first or second flood you could forget sitting on your porch in the summer time. When the 3rd floor tenants ran their A/C units the water residue produced a non-stop drip on the 1st and 2nd floor apartment porches. I actually left this place to move into another apartment complex since the quality of these apartments and their appearance was going down instead of up. Oh and I forgot to mention my car was broken into twice while I was living there. Not a college kid here. I am a working professional.
