I've lived here for about a year now with my boyfriend in a one bedroom loft. The only thing that sucks is the two flights of dirty stairs to get up to the apartment. Other than that, we really like this place. The grounds are very well kept, we've never had to call maintenance for anything. I almost never hear our neighbors below us or on either side of us. The only time you hear anybody is when they are walking past the front windows to get to their apartments. There are a lot of college kids here, and they do party on the weekends, but its really not that loud at all. The floors are sturdy and walls are well insulated. They also let you have pets. We pay 525 a month in rent, plus the 10 a month extra for the pet so it brings it to 535. It can get a little bit hot in the summer, but even running the AC unit for hours at a time, my electric bill never went over 72.00. And in the winter I didnt have to turn the heat on once, so the bill was cut in half. The location is EXCELLENT. You are right next to Sams club and Walmart. You can literally drive to them in 2 minutes flat. It's great. They do background checks before you can move in, so there are no scum bags in here. The office staff always gives you advance notice about movie shoots that are filmed here, and when they plan to come by to inspect the apartment, they do it twice a year to make sure you dont have a meth lab in your kitchen lol Or so they say. They were only here about 2 minutes to ask me about dripping faucets and if I had any maintenance issues. They were not invasive at all. Over all, its a really great complex, and we plan to stay a while. All these people comlaining about garbage, dog crap and condoms laying everywhere are full of it. There is the occasional beer can, but they are very strict here about not picking up after yourself, as well as the noise level. If you get two complaints against you, you get evicted. So people are quiet here. The onsite laundry facility is okay. Most of the machines work, the only real down side is when people leave their laundry in the dryer for hours at a time. I've never had anything stollen, but then again I dont let my things sit for more then ten minutes. The college kids could use a little practice in that department I suppose.
