I remember visiting with friends at New Centre Commons when I was younger and loving the property then. When I got older I moved here to Wilmington and after searching for a couple of days, I knew there was no better place in town. You can't beat the location, one is only 15min. away from any part of town. For that matter, you can't beat the floorplan matching the prices either. A two bedroom two full bathroom unit is 1000sq. ft. for $730/mo! That's as much rent as a one bedroom at competitor's prices and half the space! You can go downtown in the same amount of time you can go to the beach. Not to mention how close the property is to campus. The property is well kept, I see the maintainance workers out everyday cleaning the grounds and making them look perfect. There's no dreaded assigned parking, so one can have as many friends over as can fit in their apartment. All of my neighbors are so friendly, and because of the credit/criminal background check the application requires, I know I'm not living next to some psycho. The staff in the front office is GREAT! These people will bend over backwards to help someone out. They enforce the rules without overdoing themselves. They don't ride your butt, but they will tell you neighbor to quiet down if you are having problems with their noise level with complete confidentiality. Everyone in this community is awesome. I love living in New Centre Commons! They're pet friendly too!

Actually I live here, and I will continue to do so because it's such a great place to live. I have even gotten many of my friends to move in, and they love it here as well.
