I love the location right between Market and College rd. so you can get to the beach, downtown or out of town in about 15mins in all directions. Near the college, Wal-mart and all kinds of shops/ restaurants. there is always a place to park and your guests don't need a pass.

Dislikes:
--If you have a bike it will get stolen!!! Mine, my roommates, at least 2 neighbors have had bicycles stolen. Also a scooter and motorcycle all stolen from the few people in my building.
--Lock your car, Also had my work laptop stolen out of my car.
--some of the lamps don't work or just aren't bright enough, I've complained about this but they said the power company has to come out to fix it...
--Barely any storage room, the master bedroom has a descent sized closet for one person not for two. The other room is more for a child good luck if you own anything other than clothes. There are not any lights in the closets :( The utility room has some space but after you put your xmas decorations and cleaning supplies in there you'll be glad you got the "private porch" until you realize you can't put anything out there or it'll get stolen.
--the 3rd floor usually has 1-3 ppl living in a single suite which has a staircase made of wood. Hope your neighbors don't get up for work before you.
--The pool is pitiful, there's more cement than water.
--In the master bedroom there's a switch outside the bathroom that turns on the light/fan it's funny to watch your friends try to figure it out.
--You can only have a grill on the first floor (although we had one anyways)
--If you have a pet you have to give them a picture of it and make sure u pick up the poop because they will fine you if they catch you.
--We upped for the "private porch" on the second floor however you need a 4 ft high chair to enjoy it since the railing is so high. The a/c units from the apartments above leak on your porch/head.

All and all besides having my ---- stolen the place has served it's purpose for two years. Oh yeah don't purchase Internet because some dummy in your building is sure to keep their wifi unencrypted (that's right I just saved you $600/yr).
