The office staff is NEVER there. The maintenance manager is slow and lazy and gossips a lot; they always rig their fixes instead of doing it right. The grounds are not taken care of. The walls are hardly walls...you may as well get roommates because you will be bothered by your neighbor's breathing, basically - you will (and they will) always know what the next person is doing, saying, or cooking. People are lazy and will not pick up after their dog 5 FEET FROM THE DOGGIE STATION even. The area is filled with crime. The mgt. doesn't tell residents when there has been a break-in or vandalism. You get drunk people sitting on the swings outside at 3am yapping on cell phones. The place is OLD and falling apart. They lie to you about the cost of electricity - just call progress energy and you'll see. It doesn't stay cool or consistent. The appliances are cheaper than cheap. There's no "half bath" if you get a washer/dryer hookup, it's a closet with a toilet, then when you get there they'll call it a "quarter bath". and The trash area, even with 4 dumpsters is always gross. The "dog park" is covered in crap. The carpet is so cheap that a minor stain will not come out of it, so you will see bleach spots everywhere that the staff apparently tried to salvage it and won't replace it.

There is a reason they offer you a 15-month trap - I mean lease. Great place for your college kid who has no experience living away from home, maybe...if you don't like your kid.
