Hi,
My husbad and I are both residents of Tesla Park and we've been here for 1 year and 8 months. This is by far the best apartment complex we have lived in since we've been in Wilmington, going on 4 years, and we are also young tenants in our mid 20's. The staff has always been curtious with us and has helped us with all of our problems. The apartments and the grounds are always clean and neat. And best of all you really can't find such a spacious apartment for the price. The place is always nice and quiet and its 10 minutes from where I work in traffic.

I have found several apartments cheaper then these and also the grass is very dry,dull,and some areas are grassless...

these apartments are not spacious...dining room?....cant even open the balcony doors without it being right in front of the couch.
