Yes it;s true if you dont open your door after a couple rings like say because you are in the shower...then the maintenance guy does walk right in.

I tried to move out midlease and had a person all lined up and ready to sign the lease over to her so she could take up payments...and pay in full while her house was being built...and the office staff was just snobby and very rude to her.

So she decided not to live here.

They do help with maintenance quickly which is probably the only good thing I have found living here for a year.

And going from 649$ to 729$ in one year for the same EXACT thing i paid 70$ less for is just ridiculous.

and having to pay 600$ alone just for my dogs which is a NONrefundable FEE not deposit, i love my dogs and they are worth it but what do they do with the 600$...they don't clean the aprtment with it if it needs it.

Obviously tribute properties is making enough money off of us because they keep on building and keep on charging more and more.

These are not worth more than 650$...they are not spacious apartments at all, not even for me, a college student with a 2 bedroom.
I would reccomend a nicer owned community and have this be a last resort.
