At first I loved the apartment. Now they raised rent $70.00 in a year. That is just crazy. To top it off they lost our rent check!!!!! Then they told us that it was their fault and would waive the late fee. A month later we had a notice in the door saying we were reported to the collection agency because our rent was late. Come to find out they did not waive the late fee, and we had to pay. Tribute Properties did not respond to our emails about this. This is why we are not renewing our lease.
