Bad apartment, lots of excitement

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Basically everything everyone has said so far is accurate. Cockroaches, inconsiderate neighbors, poor management and maintenance are all true. However, if you find that living next to railroad tracks, cops and ambulances almost everyday and the occasional gunshot your type of area, this place is for you. Fun while it lasted but I'm glad I moved.
