We moved here from Michigan so we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. This place is "ghetto fabulous". The morning we moved in there were 8 cop cars parked out front of our complex with their guns drawn towards a patio across the way. I don't feel safe here. Everything has gone wrong with our apartment and more. Maintenance is good about coming to fix things but I feel like a pest when I have to call them 2 or 3 times a week for bull. These apartments are infested with cockroches. We have had them spray 2 times and that hasn't made anything better. I would suggest you find a place without so many problems and not so old and rundown.
