I tried to get out of my lease 3 months early by moving to another complex owned by United Dominion. The staff at that complex was helpful, but the staff here was not. I even wrote a 3 page letter about all the things that were unsatisfactory about this place. To start, there are so many potholes in the parking lot that you WILL hit at least 2 each time you drive through it. The parking lot is not set up good. In some parts, there isn't enough room for two cars to fit through. Second, plumbers were brought in to fix an ongoing plumbing problem throughout the complex, they left holes in the wall and didn't really do much good. I still have poor plumbing. Electricians came in to do who knows what (still don't know what they did) and left a series of holes throughout my apartment. Some one came to fix the holes but did not fix all of them. The ones they did fix weren't sanded or painted afterward, just plastered. The kitchen is too small for more than one person. It seems that most people that live here are drunks or on drugs. They tend to be loud and disrespectful of their neighbors. I have been awakened by flashing lights on several occasions during the middle of the night. I have had leaks in my ceiling so bad that it ruined my appliances as well. Also, Management tried to raise my rent $30 for this crappy place!
I only hope that I can survive the rest of my lease here. Thank good it will be over soon!

wow as many complaints as this place gets you think they would figure out something was wrong.
