This is the WORST place I have ever lived EVER!!! And I've lived in a lot of different apartments. My husband and I moved from NY here and found this place on the internet. The pictures looked nice and the staff was nice at the time we signed the lease. Little did we know what we were getting into. There are more bugs then you could ever imagine and they are huge, you pay for pest control, yet they never seem to spray and when we ask them to it does not do any good. Our pump for our dishwasher IS STILL broken we asked them to fix it they told us to use liquid dishwashing soap. They supposedly fixed our plumbing which consisted of putting holes in our bathroom and shutting off our water for two weeks and leaving nails and insulation on our bathroom floor. Once fixed I noticed no difference in our plumbing, we still have no hot water and our tub doesn't drain but they told us we have to pay to have the drain snaked!! Then our part of the complex caught fire from the laundry room, they moved the neighbors directly over the laundry room and made them sign another year lease. We were diagnolly over the laundry room, we got nothing, no offer to fumigate our apartment, no offer to move us nothing. In fact they kicked open our windows and kicked our screens the night of the fire, We live on the second floor so our bedroom screen got stolen by morning time. When asking them to please replace it we were told we had to pay for this screen. The staff are incredibly disrespectful and don't seem to care at all about their tenants. THey raise rent constantly I don't know what for. The parking lot is fixed,but nothing else is and there still isn't enough parking spots. These buildings are so old that they are constantly falling apart and the staff is so rude you can't get help. Once in a while you can get maintenance to repair stuff but you have to ask them like 5 or 6 times. We can't get out of our year lease until february, and we have complained to United Dominion and they have done nothing about it! In fact our fire was April and we still don't have a laundry room. I hope to save other people the horror of living here, there are lots of other cheap apartments that are far better then this one please go rent there and trust my judgement. Otherwise you are in for a year nightmare!
