my wife and i have recently moved to wilson woods. and have had problems with the management staff over petty things my children cannnot play outside because of the rules that have been presented in the lease. they have a playground, but its old. theres nothing attractive to want a kid to play in it, and its far away from my apt where i cant keep an eye on them. they have a gym, but no tenants can use it after 5pm. thats when most people are just getting in from work. they have had break ins in some of the apts, and when they were broken into. the tenants have had to pay for repairs that were done after the fact that they have been violated. managemnet refuses to let tenants have alarm systems installed although they are willing to pay for installation and monthly payments. i wouldnt recommend anyone i know to move here. unless the management learns to respect the tenants and accomodate them in some way. we all need to get along. and management needs to aknowledge that.

I live in Wilson Woods apratments...and it's ok...the only thing i do not like about it it's the people upstairs, it seems like they are always running or something we always hear footsteps or music it can never be peace and quiet...and they are always loud!
