Do not move in Freddy Couger and Edward Scissorshands apt. complex!! The staff is horrible. They give you no respect at all and is always trying to cause a problem with the tenants.
SLUMYARD!!!!!
It is so loud when it hits nightfall to 5:00 in the morning. There is always people outside laughing, talking, screaming, yelling, you name it. And it can all be heard really clearly from inside!!
NOT A GOOD ENVIROMENT FOR CHILDREN. They have no freedom at all and is not really safe.

I have lived there for 1 year in a one bedroom and my side of the complex was very quiet. No problems except for the ------ "laundry room". I think it just depends on which side you stay on.
