I was calling to inquire about a 3 bedroom and she was just as rude and nasty when I started asking questions about the property. If she doesn't have time to talk to potential residents I know she doesn't talk to the ones that live there like they are huma beings.

Rude is not it...she is a -----! Doesnt care if you have problems inside or outside your apartment, just pawns you off on the "maintenance" staff. Many times Ive had "issues" with something and it never gets resolved unless I stay on her ass about it and than she acts like she has no clue as to whats going on.

that is terrible.....I feel so bad for anyone that has to come in contact with her and I only had a phone call with her. I can just imagine how terrible she is in person.

Miss Barbara does have her moments, however rude and nasty she is not. Try dealing with all the whining and crying from irate, clueless people and see if you can keep a "pleasant" disposition!!! Miss Barbara is rather pleasant in person and I have not had any problems talking with her or the maintenance staff!
