Electricity Bill is Astronomical - I have lived here for 6 months, and there are many wonderful aspects to this complex. I love the layout, lots of room and closet space. I love the upkeep. Filthy! Dog crap everywhere!! They don't enforce people picking up after dogs. People throw cigarette butts everywhere. The outside of buildings are nasty. People bang your cars up in the parking lots. Nice class of people live here (sarcastic). Office wants no involvement whatsoever.

AWESOME Place to live and awesome neighbors. Great atmosphere! Great for children and pets. Neighborhood gatherings at least 3 times a year. Not only is this a great place to live, but it's a great place to play and have fun. I love it out here.

I have lived at the complex for acouple of years now. I find
Barbara to be very helpful in taking care and addressing any
problem I have with the apartment. The maintence staff is also
very good in correcting any problems I may have.

Barbara is Rude I was calling to inquire about a 3 bedroom and she was just as rude and nasty when I started asking questions about the property. If she doesn't have time to talk to potential residents I know she doesn't talk to the ones that live there like they are huma beings.
