These apartments have some nice features: hardwood floors and windows on 3 sides. The exterior is nothing fancy but well kept. The appliances and interior are dated. It is a fairly safe place. I've had my car broken into twice, but that is mostly just something you have to live with in this part of town. Personally I feel pretty safe. The price is very reasonable.

The one big complaint I have is their maintenance. They are not very quick to respond to problems. I've usually had to wait several days for repairs to be made. And the quality of their repairs is not always the greatest.
