These apartments are very conveniently located. Some interiors have hardwood floors which is nice. And there is lots of sunlight and ventilation.
Unfortunately if you ever have a maintainance issue you will most likely be unhappy. Management is very slow to correct problems and often need to be contacted several times before they will fix something. Also, the their repairs are often poorly done and sloppy.
The maintainance staff shows little concern for your property. They've gotten paint on my belongings several times. And they generally do not clean up after themselves. I've come home to a mess after their repair work.
