Northcliffe is not a bad place to live, it a great place to live and at a great price! As far as safety I don't think they can ensure our safety. Crime happens everywhere! I'm sure if there was a fulltime security service our rent would go up drastically and then we still would not have complete and utter safety. I do know that there is a courtesy officer on site that has responded to my calls to noise (and he was able to resolve the situation). I have always enjoyed the staff at Northcliffe. They are very friendly I always have a positive attitude I guess because I always go in with a positive attitude. Maintenance always comes out in a timely matter and they are real friendly! As far as the gate that used to be there, it was not a gate it was an arm and if the damn WAKE FOREST DRUNKS wouldn't knock it down every other week it would still be there. I can't imagine how the staff puts up with the Wake Forest babies. I have been in the office to here them complain about little things like changing light bulbs in there apartment like they are living in Beverly Hills or something. I also enjoy Northcliffe because it is 100% better than Sugar Creek. As far as snow storms - the hill was there when you moved - RIGHT! so you shouldn't have moved there if you didn't like the hill and lets face it we really aren't used to snow fall here in North Carolina - Many people should not be driving in the stuff to begin with! I was able to make it both up an d down the hill fine through all of the snow storms since I've lived here. Maintenance always works hard to clear the snow the best the can like shoveling the snow off the hills themselves. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
