I totally disagree with the last two comments listed.

First of all Maggie, the old manager is not there anymore. There is a new manager who seems really nice and very professional. I, myself, a grad student student at Wake Forest, and my roommate went into the office with a question that we had and she was very polite and saw to our needs right away. She seemed to care, and I honestly think that she did.

I have received several notices to keep me informed of changes and so forth. And, we, at least the neighbors in our building think that progress has been made!

In regards to "cleaning-up" the place, the management team and maintenance is really making sure that it stays nice and quiet for all the people that live at Northcliffe.

Northcliffe is a safe place to live. I would recommend anyone living here, and the price, well, when your parents are paying the bill, you really can't beat the price for rent.
