I live at Northcliffe. And the review by the graduate student at Wake Forest was done by the office staff. Or either the grad student works for them plugging it. All I can say is that safety is the biggest issue here. People rome around at night and cars have been broken into. As for the staff, they are suppose to have two people working but many times I find the office closed. Make sure you ask them about safety issues.
