New to the area,I applied basically via. the telephone, hoping that once I arrived the apartment would look just as advertised. Once I arrived everything was in order for me. It only took a few minutes to sign all the papers and forms. Everyone that I worked with prior to moving had handled everything for me and all I had to do was fill out the application. I was told by an associate of mine to look under this site to see the ratings for the apartment complex and to my suprise there were negative ratings. I can't believe that this is the same place I live. I'm pleased with the people in the office and I have no complaints about the neighborhood itself. My neighbors are friendly and I don't hear anything coming from upstairs other than the norm and I had no idea that this was a college apartment complex -- I don't think it is, if so, they all must be grad students who have nothing else to do but study, because I don't see the beer cans or hear the loud music like you would see on must college campusus. I havn't had to call the office but once and that was for a clogged commode and the maintenance personnel came to fix it within around 45 minutes. I've always recieved notices in a timely fashion and have personally been contacted by the manager herself to see if I was happy with the move, process and apartment. I would recommend this place to anyone.
