I have lived here for almost 5 months, and I absolutely despise it. It's ridiculous to pay 500 for a crappy little cramped apartment, and not only does the person above me play their music SO LOUD that the walls vibrate, they also have sex around 1:30 in the morning so loud that we can hear the dirty names the woman calls her partner. We've had to have our garbage disposal fixed 3 times in 5 months, and we've had overall 9 maintenance calls in 5 months. I feel like the apartments in downtown on cherry street would be safer (which isn't saying much) and I walk inside with my key between my fingers ready to stab someone. This place is NOT worth the money. They should be charging 300 for an apartment, and I got the student rate...they said they normally charge 636 for a one bedroom 686 sq ft apartment. It's MADNESS.
