Everyone has their own opinion. I happened to like the manager. She never did anything to me. Most of the problems here came from the people who 1) play rap music very loud 2) throw trash around the place 3) make loud noises in their apartments. How do you expect one person to tackle everyone's actions. If people move, isn't it their choice to do what they want to do'
