Still waiting on my deposit..............

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I moved out of Ashton Oaks over 2 months ago and I am still waiting to get my deposit back. I did a walk threw with them before i left and they said everything was fine. I haven't received anything in regards to any charges if they decided they wanted to charge me. I have called and they said they would be getting my deposit too me, but that was over 3 weeks ago.
I hope they know that the law says they have 30 days from the time of move out to get me my deposit back to me. If they do not have it in my mail box by this week, I will be contacting "Birchwood Realty" who manages the complex!
