I think the name of the management company is Bridlewood Realty, not Birchwood. Anyway, I am having the same problem as the person who wrote the review about their deposit. I have called the office every week for the past 2 months about getting my deposit back. They said everything in the apartment was fine and I should get my deposit back. Well, now 2 months later I am still waiting. I hope now they know after 30 days I am due interest on the deposit. To make matters worse, everytime I call they keep giving me the run around and tell me it is in the mail. LIERS!

The reason I moved from the complex was that they wanted to increase my rent $100.00 at the time of renewal. I would have been fine with $10.00, but $100.00 that is ridiculous. I would never recomment Ashton Oaks to anyone if the same managment continues to stay.

Bring back Hope, Veronica, Jason, and LANE!
