Good for college students, bad for everyone else.

I recently graduated from a University in Winston-Salem. I stayed in Ashton Oaks for a year and a half (While it was still called NorthCliffe/One management change). I was in a rush to look for a cheap but safe apartment to move to.

The neighborhood while I was there, was safe for what it was. I started to hate the apartment because it has a 1980 feel to it, and the trees was killing my cell phone signal. Everything seems older about the apartment complex.

Both management teams that were there during my stay were good to me. I treated them with respect, and they did the same. The maintaince crew were fast and helpful.

I would suggest this apartment complex for college students and people looking for a cheap but safe apartmtnet.
