My college student daughter rented an apartment without our premission but we have been supportive and made sure that the rent was paid on time, etc. We have had had all kinds of problems, even being accused of being responsible for a leak in the apartment and being threatened with eviction for not paying for repairs that we consider part of the apartments responsibilities. They do not keep the facility up, the scrubbery is very over-grown, easy for some one to hide behind, in this time of rapes, vandalizing, etc. The lights on the stairs are not replaced in a timely fashion. The yards are littered. They are not insolated well and are either cold or hot each season, can not wait for this lease to end.
