As you can see many of us currently living here are disgusted with the current unsanitary conditions here at Ashton Oaks. Please don't let the pretty flowers at the road fool you. When you drive in, please look to the left and notice the trees down on the building, they have been there for months. Also notice the lack of maintenance of the grounds. Luckily, maybe unluckily, when you drove through you missed the massive garbage campaign that the management had, but evidently forgot about until the tennants began to complain.
Please, don't bother wasting your time, there are many other much more decent places to live than here! I actually would not give noise, staff, safety, or grounds a star at all, but that was not an option when completing the survey.

I completely agree with this person and the others.....i absolutely hate living here....i dread coming home everyday...the office staff is rude, ignorant, and very unprofessional; their only concerns seem to be only about money and not of the residents living conditions....the grounds are unkept....for what i pay for i definately diserve more....run while you still can!
