Folks.. please don't waste your time moving here...what a dump !!! I have lived here for a while and get NOTHING done!!.. I've put in several work orders, and still maintenance hasn't shown up'''..I mean what the HECK'' I have had several friends and neighbors move out because the conditions have gotten soooo bad...broken down appliances, and the AC won't stay working for more then a week or so before it goes out again... and they always tell you the same crap... "we'll write up a work order", or "We've ordered parts to fix it".. blah...blah.... blah... BS is what I say.... and forget asking the "NEW manager"..who has actually been here for several years... You all know who I'm talking about and what her name is ''' GEEZZZ what were they thinking when they promoted her''''.... what a conning two-faced witch !!... don't trust her people.... she will take your deposits and run with it...Two of my friends moved out monthssssssssss ago, and have still NOT received their deposits, and I've heard that story from several other people as well.... Please save your money !

I'm glad you think living conditions are great here and it is worth lol...truth be told, you're probably management who doesn't even have to live here! Maybe if everyone weren't moving out they could afford to have the grounds maintained. By the way not only is the grass high, but the pool is turning it's lovely shade of green just in time for the summer swimming season! I find it hard to believe that that many landscaping companies have moved out of state because there have been several just in the past year or so since this management company took over.

They landscaping and everything looks so bad because they CAN'T GET a landscaper to work for them. They owe everyone too much money! This property has gone down hill fast.
