This is in response to the 10-1-03 review.
I have lived at Brandemere for a few years longer than you. I have found that the office staff is very helpful and courteous and maintenance has always been on the ball.If you will look at the letter that was sent to you the management change took place I believe in April 03 not 2 years ago and as for as the staff in the office and maintenance the Manager has been the same since 1999 and the maintenance supervisor has been there for about 15 years. Take the time to get to knoe them I think you'll find they are more than willing to accomadate.
