There seems to be a debate going on about whether or not Brandemere is a nice place to live. From my own experience, I would say it has everything to do with which part of Brandemere you live in. I am sure that some of the units, especially those that are close to the office, are great (I actually had a friend who lived in one of those and loved it), but across the street, everything is a mess. I am literally afraid to come and go from my apartment after dark. Some very shady people hang around at all hours. It is really unacceptable. Just this past weekend, two police cars were stationed outside of my building for 2 days. It comes as no surprise to me that there are criminals living there. Not to mention that Brandemere is right next to Springhouse, a complex with terrible reviews (see for yourself). The whole area has really taken a turn for the worse. It doesn't feel safe, and it just isn't a nice place to live anymore. Yes, you might have a good experience at Brandemere, if you are given the right apartment with the right neighbors. I would not recommend taking that risk though because there is probably over a 50% chance that your experience at Brandemere will be a negative one.
