When I first moved into Brandemere it was wonderful. The longer I live here though the worse it gets. They've lowered prices so low the shady people are moving in. I, however, am still paying the high prices. The worst thing about Brandemere is the maintenance staff. I've had maintenance issues that have taken almost 2 years to get resolved. Maintenance comes into my nice, clean apartment and makes a sloppy, muddy mess. I pay a lot of money for THAT'!
