there were some noises from above (I'm on the bottom) and some odd odors in the common breezeway. Maintenance was excellent--within 24 hours every time; though had to call more than I would think for the same things. Friendly staff as far as I was concerned. Didn't like lease terms when wrapping up and going month-month...extra $50 even after living there for three years as a good tenant.
