I am surprised at how many negative comments there are about Brandemere. I have had a few issues like a leaky roof which maintenance took awhile to fix. One maintenance man didn't bother to even cover my furniture before he fixed my roof and it was a totally unprofessional job, but It has since been fixed to my satisfaction. I haven't been in all the areas so I can't comment on anyone's area but my own. It is totally quiet in my area and it's very clean. My apartment was/is awesome. I did notice my electric bill was very high this month. I also have noticed ants twice during my stay here. I haven't been here a year yet so I don't know what may come my way, but I am still very satisfied. Maybe it's my area. I am going to sign for another year unless I decide to buy a house which may seem very likely.
