I was held up in an armed robbery by 2 men in January outside my apartment at Brandemere. I've since moved out and the management was very responsive to my situation, but if you're a single female looking to live here, I'd check around elsewhere first for somewhere safer. I had never had any problems before this happened, I'd lived there for 5 months. It was a great apartment, very spacious and in good condition. I'd had no complaints, other than sometimes noticing some sketchy people in the parking lot, but I just assumed they lived there. I'd heard from a few people after I moved in that Brandemere wasn't in the greatest neighborhood, but again, I'd never had a problem. After I got held up though, I've heard quite a few more stories of robberies and break-ins. I'd check with the WS police department about which apartment complexes are a safer place to live.

When we arrived at the apartments, we noticed some sketchy people, also. However, we were informed of the violence prior to choosing Brandemere. Sorry about the robbery! Be Safe!
