First of all I would like to say that brandemere once was a nice place to live. When my sister first moved in (2004), I thought that this was such a nice place. So I decided that I wanted to move here when I started college (2006). After only a few months I noticed changes. The ceiling started leaking and so did the air conditioning unit. My car was broken into and no one even cared. I havent seen any roaches but there are many different types of bugs that are rampant. When the new neigbors moved in my water pressure was reduced drastically. I also noticed cars that were disabled for a prolonged period of time. This made parking a little difficult. One night I heard gunshots. The staff is not that friendly but the maintainence crew made up for that. Not only were they courteous but they responded to our complaints in a timely fashion. Overall I would strongly discourage anyone, especially single females, from moving here.
