After having a horrible experience in another place around time, my girlfriend and I wanted to make sure that we did our "homework" to avoid anymore disappointments. We searched high and low on all sides of the town and found out that Brandemere was the best value for one's money. True, there are some other apartments on the other side of town that might offer a few more windows or an intrusion alarm, but the prices for these extras added way more money than it was worth. After checking out Brandemere, we immediately knew that value-wise, it was the perfect place. On top of that, after meeting with the staff, we felt so at home that we couldn't wait to move out of the dump we were staying in. Unfortunately for us, we still had to wait two months before we could move. But in that time, I was able to talk to Brandemere and see what services they could provide and almost everything was a "yes", including changing our move-in date atleast three times.

I have used this forum to warn potential renters before, but now I'm using it to alert potential renters that you do not have to pay the extra $150 per month when you can get most of the same features right in Brandemere. Oh, and when you do walk through, go straight to the extremely large, master bedroom closet. No one else even came close to a closet that large!!!

I've had nothing but great experiences here at Brandemere and working with the public, only one person out of over 25 had a negative thing to say.
