I have been a resident at Brandemere Apartments for 3 years now. I have to say that I am completely satisfied with my decision to move to Brandemere. The reason I wanted to add a comment is because I am absolutely shocked at some of the comments added. First of all I absolutely love my apartment. When I decided to move I did an extensive search and was not able to find an apartment for the price of Brandemere's that offers the size and location. My apartment is huge. The location is also ideal because it's minutes away from downtown, minutes away from the University, and close to 52. It doesn't take longer than 10 minutes to get anywhere I need to go, when it use to take 30 to 45. Second, the maintenance crew is the most efficient that I've ever had. Every time I have had a problem they have came out that same day. Any emergencies I've had have been answered immediately. Third, the office staff has been genuine and friendly since day one. I truly felt like they cared about me and meeting my needs. They answered all of my questions, and had my apartment ready when I came to move-in. At my previous community I felt like a disturbance when I went into their office. At Brandemere, this is completely different, when I walk in I am acknowledged and they appear genuine at meeting my needs. I have to say that I love living at Brandemere. I do NOT have one complaint. Deciding to live at Brandemere,has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I would definitely refer Brandemere to anyone(especially since they offer $200 for resident referrals!)!

I'm glad you are satisfied...but that makes me wonder if you're one of the people reeking havoc in the area. Maybe the staff are nice to you because they are scared of you.
