The apartments are nice, but dark. We had a 3 bedroom, it was long with one window on the short side. It was very large though and we needed the space while we were between houses. The wooden steps are very noisy, and the windows are very thin.



One day I went to pay the rent. I was greeted with a smile... "Can I help you'". I said I wanted to pay my rent. The smile went away, she turned her back on me, walked away and called over her shoulder "Just put it in the box." Just so you know, I had never seem this particularly woman before.



When we moved out things seemed fine, until we found out they lied to us. They said they would pro-rate the month?s rent when we moved out in the middle of the month. They did not. They said we would get our deposit back, But now they have not record of even getting the deposit for our apartment (make sure they mark it on your walk-thru sheet when you move in). They said we did not pay our last month?s water bill, but they have no proof, we have to get a copy of the cancelled check to prove our innocence. They want to charge us $13 for drip pans... for Drip Pans... outragous.. where do they buy them. Bloomingdales! Our accounts have not been settled with them yet. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
