maintence personel watches residents jumping at the chance to catch you doing something: example...your not allowed to talk in your breezeway
set trash out for more than a few minutes before you take it to the dump or you'll get a fine
being monitored for being to loud outside or inside your apartment
the staff has actually sent out flyers demanding that you the resident follow their strange rules. the staff has even been focusing on one or two apartment buildings only (at times) trying to say people are breaking the rules in these buildings and send out flyers stating these things. people are strange here and the maintenance staff run this apartment complex and the office staff just follows their lead (as i have seen in many cases)
needless to say i am moving in january when my lease is up, just in my building alone there has been four apartments leave in the matter of two months...
